Can I get a date when my number will be ported. I requested to keep my old number when ordering the SIM.
I have an email saying it will be changed but no date when it will happen

What date did your request when you ordered your stuff from iD Mobile
If you can’t remember, use iD’s live chat service to ask, otherwise contact iD Mobile privately for assistance on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).
Their customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - good luck.
I ordered on the 24th April SIM arrived today and was activated today. A message I got said my number would change on the day I requested, I don't remember requesting a date. The live chat isn't working for me

It’s possible iD have accepted your PAC, but not assigned a date for the transfer
I’d persevere with live chat, otherwise contact iD Mobile privately for assistance on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).
