Question

Can I transfer my number from deactivated SIM?

My phone’s contract was ending so I cancelled my old ID mobile SIM and bought a new one from ID. By the time it had arrived, my old sim had been deactivated and I’m not sure how to get the PAC code any more. Is it lost?

Hi @BronxCruz

As the line has been disconnected, the number will now have been lost and you will not be able to get a PAC code for it. Also just to advise, you can not port an existing iD number to a new iD Mobile sim as we do not support internal migrations. In the future, if you are wanting to keep the same number, then we would advise choosing from our Upgrade deals.
