Unfortunately @Heliomar Guedes, the answer is no. 

Your iD plan allowances (calls, texts, and mobile data) can only be used in the UK, and the 50 roaming destinations throughout the EU and EEA.

Roaming use in Brazil isn’t inclusive and would result in extra charges as below:

Unfortunately Brazil is not one of our inclusive roaming countries, you’ll be able to use your iD Mobile SIM in Brazil, however it will cost extra, please see the pricing above from @andewhite.
