Bought my sim back in nov 22 in store. Tried signing up to the website but it says my details are incorrect can not figure out what’s wrong?
can not even get into a chat with anyone bc the waiting times are atrocious or no one is available. Tried via social media but they say my details are wrong and I’m not the account holder but can’t tell me how I can validate that I am.
anyway to reset my details so i can sign up
