can not sign up to wensite

Bought my sim back in nov 22 in store. Tried signing up to the website but it says my details are incorrect can not figure out what’s wrong?  
can not even get into a chat with anyone bc the waiting times are atrocious or no one is available. Tried via social media but they say my details are wrong and I’m not the account holder but can’t tell me how I can validate that I am. 
 

anyway to reset my details so i can sign up

In your position, I’d go back to the store where item was purchased @Hamz97 - appears they may have input your details, on your behalf, and the time of purchase.

Have you still got the invoice/receipt for your purchase? - might be some clues there.

 

Nope. I do have the email used but when in touch on Twitter they say that email is not for the number associated which is weird as the bills all come to that email

Maybe ask the social media team to use an alternative bit of information, to verify you are who you say you are.
