Can't access my data, can't call or text.

I purchased a plan in December - unlimited calls and texts, large amount of data too. But as of three days ago, I can’t access my data, can’t make calls or texts. It is beyond annoying and completely goes against the point of having a plan in the first place.

 

I’ve tried all the general method with the airplane mode, turning the phone off - none of them work.

I’m sorry to hear this, are you still having this issue?

 

Are you getting any signal at all? Have you checked your postcode on the iD Mobile coverage and outage checker?

 

Have you tried the SIM in another device to test there?
