I have been trying to create an online account but my details are not being recognized (they are definitely correct). I am being redirected to the Live Chat but it constantly says try again later as too busy. Please help!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with registering an account.
You can register an account HERE.
If you have requested to port your iD number but it has not yet ported you’ll need to use the temporary iD Mobile number. However if the number has ported you can use the ported number.
Secondly it may be worth entering your surname in all capital letters.
