I tried to transfer my PAC number on Monday. It asked for the transaction number that was on the receipt that came with the Sim. There was no receipt with the sim so I used the order number was emailed to me. This did not seem to work.

Are you trying to port your number from a different network other than iD? The order number and the transaction number are the same, however, if you are trying to Port an existing iD number to a new iD number this will not work as we do not support internal migrations.
