Can't login though details are correct

ID Mobile app does not recognize my login details. I have tried using the “forgot password/username” link but ID mobile does not recognize the my number and last name.

How can I resolve this problem?

Hiya,

Have you recently upgraded or changed plan? I’ve known ID to randomly close online accounts when this happens. It might be worth attempting to create a new account and seeing if the app allows you to go through this process.
