Can't make an audible call

Since the 19th March I have been unable to make calls to anyone. The signal just keeps breaking up and no-one can hear a word I say. Data also drops every few seconds so I can’t use apps to make calls either. Wifi calls are also out of the question because my broadband is supplied by the 3network too My area is DN12 2BB
