Try your iD SIM in a different phone, or try a different SIM in your phone.
Doing this will help determine if it’s your iD SIM that’s got a problem, or if your phone’s got a problem.

You may be better off posting on a new topic if the post is unrelated to the original topic. It doens’t come with AirPods (unless stated as a free gift) and only includes the cable (no plug) as per Apple’s latest initiative to stop supplying these.
