Can't port number


All details are correct - PAC code, numbers etc, but get this -

Try putting your surname in capital letters like HARRISON and then it should work

This is a cookie issue.

Please try accessing via Private Browsing or using Incognito and the link should work.

Make sure the transaction number begins with 4 also.

This is found on the Welcome to iD emai.

Hi, I had the same issue, but after a while I found that it was failing because I hadn't completed all the fields in my account profile. Once I'd filled in the blanks it worked.
