Hello,

I can’t receive calls and message after I switch from O2 to iD. I try all the methods and it didn’t solved. I needed to solve immediately.

What number are people able to reach you on?

Have you checked your iD Mobile account to see which number is showing?

It can take until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete.
