Can't redeem Apple Music/TV/Arcade offers

Hi,

When trying to redeem my free apple subscription offers, they say "We're sorry, the offer you’re trying to access is no longer active. Please try again later".

I click through from the email received and this is all that happens. How can I redeem these please?
