Unable to register on either the Android App or Online. App says number not recognised. Online says details are incorrect.
Not had the ‘welcome’ message, which my wife received immediately she started using the iD SIM.
Phone is working, both incoming and outgoing. My ‘old’ number has been ported across from previous provider.
Help please
