Can't ring or connect to 0300 060 3900 - Natural England Gov.UK agency

If I dial Natural England on 0300 060 3900 the phone just says dialling but never recognises the phone line answering the call

If I ring from my land line then I immediately get a call centre voice message

Anyone know what the issue is with my ID Mobile Sim ?

Well this is a bit embarrasing - turns out friends couldn’t ring me either !

So having rebooted my phone things seem to be working again, I had already rebooted shortly after the number port so I’ll monitor for a few days.

I had a similar issue with an iD SIM card when calling an 0345 South West Water customer service number. My call always disconnected after 25-30 seconds, and before the customer service message finished. 

Spent several months working with iD, but the issue could not be fixed. 
Then I transferred my number to another provider, and BINGO problem solved.
