can't send competition texts to local radio competition

I'm trying to send a text message to a local radio competition and my capped limit is set at £75 and the premium box is set to on. The texts still won't send. I didn't have a problem with my old phone. I'm a new customer to ID mobile. What should I do to fix this problem?

Hello @Gemma90,

Unfortunately not all short code numbers work on iD Mobile.

Someone from iD should be able to confirm if the particular short code you trying to use will actually work - it’s iD’s network partner, three who determine which short codes will work.

Hi @andewhite thank you for your comment. I deleted the thread of old messages and started a fresh and it worked.
