Cancel disconnection request

Hello

I want to cancel my disconnection request. No way to do this on app or chat.

This can only be done by us as we need to cancel this via the account.

Hi, I have requested a disconnection but want to continue using the sim but only need 2gb of data so would like to change to the £6 a month 30day plan but can't do this on the app or online and live chat not working

If you’re still looking for help here, we’ve sent you a private message so we can do just that for you.

Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.
 

Hi, I have requested to cancel my contract however i have change my mind and want to stay.

How can i cancel the disconnection? i have not been able to access live chat for the pasrt week now and have tried all the options available
