Quickest way would be via Live Chat service when the iD agents are working, which is 9am - 6pm weekends and 9am to 8pm weekdays - after you get connected, type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 bot.
Otherwise, you could try one of iD Mobile’s social media channels:
I believe iD agents are available on both platforms 9am - 5pm most days.
Finally, you could choose to wait for iD to respond here, but you may be disconnected before that happens.
