How do I cancel my contract from 2016 if I don’t have the phone or sim anymore? my mother keeps getting billed from bay lifts because she cancelled a direct debt for a contract we didn’t know we still had I no longer have the phone or sim so when I try to log into the account and click forgot password it send a code to a phone number I don’t have acces to so I cannot get into the account to cancel the contract
