I have been having trouble with poor signal quality for many months now. I upgraded to the Samsung s20 Fe and since then have received frequent call drops, almost every call, and poor data service.
This have had a very negative impact on my experience with ID.
All settings have been checked and the phone has been set up correctly. I would like to cancel my account using my right to cancel under the supply of goods and services act 1982. Please advise me of the procedure
