cancellation of contract

I’m trying to cancel my son’s mobile contract.  He no longer has the phone.  I can’t log in to do it online as we don’t have the phone so the security code will not be received.  Also, the chat bot tells me to log in on the app or online but we cannot do this without the phone.Â

Please help me cancel this contract as I have no other method of contacting ID mobile.Â
