Cancelled contract

Hi,

Please can someone help?

I cancelled my contract within 14 days, returned the phone, had my £29 upfront refunded but have just received a final reminder for last month’s bill telling me that my contract is suspended until I pay even though I cancelled over 4 weeks ago. 
 

Now I’ve logged in to see that it says on here next month’s bill is estimated to be over £70 which is impossible since I don’t have the phone and never used it.

Does anyone have a phone number for this company so I can contact someone and get this sorted out?

Unfortunately @Laura McTaggart, there’s no customer service telephone number - iD help & support is 100% online. 

You should already have a return transaction number, which is needed to return your order and end a contract in the cooling off period.

You could try calling the iD telephone sales, or the iD complaints departments with your return transaction number handy.

With cancelling you would still owe for the time spent on the plan, however £70 does seem a lot, how was the cancellation made?

 

Was the order made directly via iD Mobile or a third party?
