Cancelled Contract - Line Rental Charge

I cancelled my order using the chat system which confirmed it had been cancelled I then cancelled my direct debit. I am being pestered to pay!!!

You’ll have a bill for line rental (your iD network connection), @Malcolm Elvis.

Because iD Mobile dispatch active SIM cards, they charge for your network connection from the date of dispatch of your order item(s), until the date your iD SIM is disconnected from their network.  

As a result, there might be several days of line rental due now, @Malcolm Elvis.

Hey there @Malcolm Elvis, thank you for reaching out. 

 

As @andewhite has pointed out, you’re liable for the time the line-rental is open, which is indeed from the moment of dispatch. This means you will only owe us for the amount of time the line-rental was opened and live with us for, not the entire monthly payment for example.
