Cancelled Direct Debit twice

Set up my dd twice on the Portal and it was cancelled twice. Spoke to the bank and they said they can not cancel the DD and they are not allowed to either. There was plenty of funds in the account to pay it. I also left my Bank account details when I set up the account. Id were not helpful at all. 

My payment bounced today so I'll probably get an adverse mark on my credit score now.

If you have any issues with your payment you can pay manually via the app, website or over the phone.

Have you tried making the payment via your account.

Id's portal allows you to set up the dd. I did This yet it didn't work.

I then chatted to someone on the id chat box who sorted it straight away.

Id also have your bank details from the start.

It's a messed up system.

My id DD has just been cancelled yet again for the third time!

This is very tedious now and costing me lot's of time and worry about getting a poor credit rating!

Can someone from id please look at this!
