Cancelling Data Only SIM

Trying to cancel my contract as no longer needed. As my SIM is data only I don't have a phone number for it so can't even register online. There seems to be no mention anywhere of data only SIMS.

Hello @BeyondUK,

Pop your data only SIM into an unlocked phone and you should be able to get the mobile number linked to the SIM card.

Hi @BeyondUK, if you still need help with this, the Live Chat team should be able to help. When it asks for your iD Mobile number, you can just enter any number; it’s not that smart.
