Cannot access account / cannot register / cannot reset password - details not recognised

Can someone help me?? I can’t login nor does the forget login detail work. What makes this worse is my old number has not ported over yet. I did not get an email in the allotted timeframe this morning and then stuck the ID sim in as directed and now I can’t use my old number. Stuck please help…

Have you registered an iD Mobile app/website account before?

 

What date was your port scheduled to take place? It can take between 8am and 10pm on the selected/given date.
