Cannot access my bills

I am able to log onto my I'd app and see my minutes data and txt allowances but when I try to look at my bill data it says loading and nothing happens this has been going on for a few weeks now

Same for me (and my father).

You can’t even speak to someone at customer service unless you’ve got more than an hour to hang around waiting 🙄

Does the online site https://my.idmobile.co.uk work? 
You can access your iD account online to see your bills, allowances, et cetera.

Yes just tried the on line site and I can see all billing so it only seams to be the app 

Yes, worked for me, too.

Looks like it’s an app specific problem.

Have you tried the above mentioned by @Philrog, @andewhite & @Sir Paolo and try on the iD Mobile website instead of the app itself?
