Cannot Change Plans

I changed my plan about a year ago to unlimited data however would like to decrease this as I do not use enough data. The change plans section on the iD app says there is no plans currently available that I can choose from. Why is this?

 

I am unhappy paying almost £40 per month for an old phone.

Hey @Richard Hale, perhaps you’re still within the 12-month or 24-month minimum term period of an iD contract, in which case you’d be unable to change to a cheaper iD plan.

Unfortunately, if your iD plan has an uncompleted minimum term, you can only change to something more expensive during the minimum term.

Hi @Richard Hale 

 

As suggested by @andewhite above, the minimum term of your contract would need to be completed before being able to upgrade to a SIM only plan.
