Trying to text an entry to a radio competition but the text won't send, says error 38. Destination number is 61025, is this automatically prevented on ID accounts? The prize is £250k so it'd be nice to enter haha!

Is there any additional cost associated with this radio competition entry
Competitions often charge something in addition to the network operator’s standard SMS charge, to cover the prize fund.
If your iD account bill cap is £0 and / or premium features is OFF, you won’t be able to enter.
Ah ace thanks for explaining, I'll go increase my cap so I can enter. Ta!!
I had the same issue, I don't have a cap and my premium features setting is On. Text still won't send. I've also tried restarting my handset and taken out and reinserted my SIM. Any other ideas to try?

By default, iD Mobile set account bill cap to £0.
You can manage your bill cap up to a maximum of £75, from your “My iD Account” online.
