cannot log in to my account.i lost pasword and date of birth not accepted or wrong,where on this site can i get help,thx

Hey @John Davis, the quickest way to get assistance from iD customer service is use the iD Mobile online live chat service, or send them a private message using Facebook Messenger, or an X (Twitter) DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
