Cannot login to my ID Account

I cannot login to my ID account. I try to reset my password and enter my personal details and it tells me:

‘Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?’

This is despite the details definitely being correct. Can you help me login to my account?

It’s always worth double checking that you are definitely registered HERE 

Secondly I would advise to try and log in via a different device or browser. If you have Google Chrome you can try logging in via an incognito tab.
