Okay @Susie Nee, unfortunately iD don’t have a telephone support helpline, and forum members can’t look at your iD account, to see what’s gone wrong.

Fastest way of getting assistance with this would be to use the iD online Live Chat service.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
