cannot register account

I have bought a new id sim for my daughter. I cannot register the account as the security code goes to the new ID mobile number, but not receiving this as network is locked until I register with the security code. I am going around in circles.

 

As a side note, the customer service strategy of ID mobile is teally poor. You need either a phone number of live chat.

Hi @Nicholas Edward Mullineux, what do you mean the network is locked until you register with the security code? That isn’t the case. You should be able to receive the verification code.

I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account.
