Cannot register account

Hi all. My SIM was activated yesterday. (I ported over my phone number from Vodafone) however when I try register on the mobile app it states "oops the details you entered are incorrect, please try again" any idea why it's doing this and how to fix it? Thanks in advanceĀ

I had similar issues and it is still not fixed months later.Ā  I would honestly cancel the contract if I was you as hopefully you are still within the cooling off period.Ā  Look at the chaos that everyone on here has to deal with yesterday - it is not worth it.Ā Ā

Hi @Spencer92Ā sorry to hear this.Ā We had experienced some issues yesterday with our network, but this is mostly fixed now. Additionally, as a knock on effect we have experienced a higher volume of contact than usual. The iD app has become unavailable again for some customers.
