Just bought an iphone 13, do not know if this has processed or gone through due to no clarification via email. Is this common? or does this happen due to a failed credit check

Was there an upfront payment for the package you selected @samspragg01?

Have iD setup a direct debit for your contract?Ā 

Is there something from iD in your mailbox Junk/Spam folder?

Was the item you ordered actually in-stock?

yeah it was 49.99 so checking to see if itts gone thorugh, nothing in spam though and yeah its in stock

Is the Ā£49.99 showing as pending in your online banking, or has the payment been processed?

Alternatively, contactĀ iD customer service privately for assistance by usingĀ Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter DM.Ā 

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.

It takes up to 24-hours for an order to process.
