Hi all,
Have read all previous topics related to short codes and appear to have followed all steps but still can't send a premium text (although ID have charged me 15p!)
I have ensured my spend cap is sufficient, switched on and off, adult filter and whatever else I can think of but still no joy.
Anyone able to offer any further insight please?

Is the issue only with one specific short code or all of them?
If it’s just the one that you have tried it sounds like it may not be supported with iD Mobile.
What is the short code that you are trying to message?
