cant connect to voicemail 123

If I try and ring 123 from my mobile it connects and immediately cuts off. The same happens if I use the long number for voicemail. I can pick my voicemails up using my landline or another mobile but not from my own mobile

Hello @Moonscape,

Can you try your SIM in another phone to see if you can access your voicemail?

Doing this will help to determine if it’s the phone or the SIM causing an issue.
