I can’t logon to the app as it’s stating my mobile number not active. I rang the 7777 line and states the same. What do I do??? Need to change my plan
I’m having the same issue I’m goi g to cancel my contact before it’s even started, can’t register or Logan, despite using the correct details and can’t contact anyone to resolve this issue. I’m definitely not going to move my phone number to ID mobile. If this is the service you get before you have even started your contract.
