Can you confirm that the transaction number that you are entering starts with a 4?

Yes transaction number starts with 4. Today the transfer is complete, eventhough the form never submitted successfully. That would mean i have to get my PAC from ID to go back to old network. I really dont like the way ID operates their customer service. Thanks.Â

Sorry to hear you feel this way.
We have had a few issues with ports and the form which we are aware of and fixing.
This has caused a higher than normal volume of contact but not the level of service weâd normally expect to provide.
