Cant pay final bill

I have cancelled my direct debit and cancelled my contract but then received a final bill email but now have no access to the account nor my old iD phone number. I can't get into contact with anyone from iD over the phone so I'm stuck for what to do. 

Would appreciate some advice please

Okay @LetMePayTheFinalBill, I’d suggest contacting the iD social media customer support team privately, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), so they can assist with your payment.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays (and 9am - 6pm at weekends).

Do you have the iD Mobile app? If you’ve registered to that previously you’ll be able to pay manually there.

 

Alternatively we have the manual payment line on 0333 003 0001.
