I took out an id unlimited contract but phone will not connect to landline numbers and some mobile numbers. I have complained to live chat and got absolutely nowhere and this contract is not fit for purpose.
it worked for a few weeks ok and then started giving the message your call can’t be connected.
i am just wondering what I am paying for and today i am having issues with connection to WiFi and data.

Live chat are telling me that 01 02 numbers are not included.
This is completely ridiculous and if this is customer service telling me that I don’t think there is any hope of getting this resolved.
