I can’t send messages to a short code number how do I get this changed or unblocked

If the short-codes are charged at a non-standard rate or deemed to be a premium rate service, you might not be able to send messages to the short code you’re using.
You might need to increase your iD account’s bill cap, if the charge for the short-code is not classified as being at the standard network rate.
