I need to explain more.Ā My premium sms messages (dont think it is mms) to 79100 are being blocked. There is ample credit limit on the account and bill payment is up to date. This is quite frustrating.

Is this SMS shortcode for adult related service, or gambling related?
If yes, then you might need to turn ON (allow) adult content for your iD account.

Yes it is for a related service. Content filtering is off however

Iād recommend contactingĀ the iD social media team for assistance, usingĀ facebookĀ (using Messenger), orĀ TwitterĀ (by Direct Message) - theyāll be able to check your iD account.
FYI, anyĀ out-of-hours private messages left on social media are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.
