Hello.

I can't send a premium mms from my mobile. Bill is paid amd I have plenty of credit limit available. It was working but stopped

I need to explain more.  My premium sms messages (dont think it is mms) to 79100 are being blocked. There is ample credit limit on the account and bill payment is up to date. This is quite frustrating.

Is this SMS shortcode for adult related service, or gambling related?

If yes, then you might need to turn ON (allow) adult content for your iD account.

Yes it is for a related service. Content filtering is off however

Okay @Dingodoggo, if you’ve allowed everything in your iD account, and things still don’t work, sounds like a specific issue with your iD account.

I’d recommend contacting the iD social media team for assistance, using facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) - they’ll be able to check your iD account.

FYI, any out-of-hours private messages left on social media are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.
