Cant unlock sim!!! iphone7-8 - need a PUK code


I Accideny locked my sim on the mobile data settings, but it won't give me an option to unlock it. Every time I power off or restart my phone it has "Sim card locked" as a notification on my lock screen. I click in the notification and it brings me to where it says "sim card can not be accessed. Please call your network provider to obtain your PUK code" And I enter a code and it says choose a new pin code , after I confirm that pin code it says unlocking then it goes back to saying I need a PUK code . It will not let me call or text anyone with out wifi and won't let me use my mobile data with my sim being locked.

Enter an incorrect SIM pin code three times and the SIM locks and you will need a PUK code to reset the SIM pin and unlock the SIM. Enter a incorrect PUK code ten times and the SIM is permanently barred and you will require a new SIM card.

Either way you need to speak to live chat to obtain your PUK or replacement SIM card.

You need to use the iD online chat service to get your PUK @Sahraqwhazzon.

I got two contract but when I login online I can only see  only one of my contract .

You’ll need to register your second contract at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.

Select the “Register” tab and complete the online forms.
You need access to the SIM for the contract you’re trying to register.

Worst case if the SIM is fully blocked and the PUK doesn’t work, a replacement SIM should also fix this.
