Hi, i am trying to make calls, however it says i cant make calls as i have reached my cap limit, but i did not reach any sort of cap limit, it is telling to make a payment, however there is no pyment to be made as i paid all my bills and the app does not indicate anything, it is so hard to reach a real human customer service with id, they clearly have no id, they made it so hard if you have a problem, please help me out here i am confused on what to do about this and i need to make calls asap, thank you community.

All the iD customer help & support is online, by one of their online support channels, which are:
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser).
- Private message using Facebook Messenger.
- X (formerly Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
