Cap Message on Voicemail

Hello, I have had my unlimited plan for a bout a year now, unlimited texts, minutes and data, all in working order seemingly, however, when I try to listen to my voicemail I get a message saying that I have reached my cap limit and need to top up my plan to proceed further. Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.
