Dear Sirs,

 

Some weeks ago I upgraded my contract.  It is not showing my account and my data etc has not refreshed.

 

I would be grateful if you could amend ASAP. I am going overseas this morning and will need data.

Are you sure that you upgraded and didn't purchase a whole new line? I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams as they will be able to confirm that you have upgraded and not taken on a second line.
