carrier settings not identified so cant access network

I’ve recently transferred over from EE and everything was working fine - number transferred over fine. Then today got a pop-up asking if want to keep old number and I said yes. Now I seem to be locked out of the ID network! Carrier is not identifying with ID please can someone help?

This might sound dumb, but is your phone locked to the EE network?

If not, and it’s a network unlocked device, your number port might’ve gone wrong.

Hopefully iD Mobile will be able to sort it out, although could take a while doing it here in the iD online community - anyway, good luck @Dani0707.

Thanks all for suggestions - sorted now via ID mobile. They had to send a replacement sim in the end 

Why iD Mobile?
