cashback redemption

Hi all, I've got a sim only deal and it said I could redeem cashback if I submit my bill every so many months. Can anyone advise where I need to send this too. Thanks in advance :)

Did you order this from Mobiles.co.uk or iD Mobile?

Hi, I ordered through idmobile (I have proof of this from the email I got from them to confirm) when searching it states to go on my account the cash back, I don't have this facility on my accounts.

I joined in November 2022 so the cashback when I joined stated the first cashback was on the 4th billing date which I had to put this in my 'casback' facility which I don't have?

We aren’t aware of any cashback claim unless it’s a cashback claim from the manufacturer.

Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the email, be sure to cover up any personal information.
